Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and direct maintenance technicians, apprentices and contractors.
• Verify work completed meets industry standards and OEM specifications.
• Actively manage and control labour, contractors, plant and materials within budge and to site standards.
• Laise with operation technology stakeholders.
• Monitor and troubleshooting radio network, LTE and other operational technology systems.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experiance in supervisory role.
• Experiance with maintenance planning systems.
• High-level knowlege of electrical standards, regulations and compliance requirements within the NSW mining industry.
• Excellent planning, decision making and prioritisation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
