A respected Aboriginal Medical Service in Broome, WA is seeking Elder Care Connectors to support Aboriginal Elders in navigating aged care services. Qualifications

  • Experience in aged care, community services, or disability support is highly regarded.

  • Willingness to obtain safety checks required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Elders and families regarding aged care services.
  • Support Elders with My Aged Care registration and assessments.
  • Coordinate services and advocate for culturally safe supports.
