Job summary

Softtest Pty Ltd in Canberra seeks an EL1 x Integration Architect to lead complex integration initiatives for our client. You will design, develop and support integration solutions using iPaaS, MuleSoft and REST APIs, working with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong documentation skills, can create detailed architecture artefacts, and communicate confidently with vendors and stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in integration development with iPaaS, MuleSoft, Salesforce and REST APIs
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong documentation skills and ability to create detailed, consumable architecture artefacts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to deal with competing priorities in a fast-changing environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support integration solutions using iPaaS, MuleSoft and REST API to meet business requirements

Role/s: EL1 x Integration Architect

The EL1 Integration Architect (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the NDIA.

The position requires a skilled Integration SME with expertise in SalesForce, iPaaS, MuleSoft and Rest API integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement.

Key duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Design, develop and support integration solutions using iPaaS, MuleSoft and Rest API to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse integration requirements
• Implement and maintain integration solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing timely support to stakeholders
• Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in API integrations.
