Criteria

• 1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ESM or IT service management platforms such as Jira Enterprise Service Management, BMC remedy or ServiceNow.
• 2. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java and Groovy.
• 3. Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
• 4. Familiarly with CI/CD practices and tools such as Gitlab, Gitlab pipelines & Bitbucket.
• 5. Proficiency in ESM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Cloud, Cherwell, and other relevant products.
• 6. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 1. ITIL Foundation or higher ITIL level qualifications (e.g., ITIL Managing Professional, ITIL Strategic Leader).
• 2. Advanced certifications in ESM tools, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, BMC Helix Administrator, or Jira Administrator.
• 3. Experience with additional ESM tools and platforms, such as Ivanti, Freshservice, or Zendesk.
• 4. Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.
