Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty seeks an EL1 DevOps Engineer (Labour Hire) to lead complex initiatives within the NDIA, driving quality outcomes and providing high-level advisory support to senior leadership in Adelaide, SA.

You will collaborate with the NDIA's local full-stack team, manage stakeholder relationships, and steer cloud and data infrastructure design, development, deployment, and integration using Agile methods.

The EL1 DevOps Engineer (Labour Hire) operates under broad direction to lead highly complex initiatives that drive quality outcomes across the NDIA. This position requires a high level of autonomy and expertise, engaging in advanced problem-solving and issue management within the organisation's core functions. The role will involve making strategic decisions and providing high-level advice and support to senior leadership.

The EL1 DevOps Engineer (Labour Hire) will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders and our local full-stack team to support and enhance project development within the NDIA. The role is also responsible for managing critical internal and external stakeholder relationships, representing, and negotiating on behalf of the NDIA to promote the agency's objectives across various forums.
