Job summary

Government client (agency undisclosed) in Melbourne is seeking experienced EL1 Project Managers to lead complex ICT projects and enterprise system implementations, spanning planning, governance, risk, testing and transition to operations.

You will coordinate business, technology and vendor workstreams, maintain integrated schedules, manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid frameworks. Applicants may be required to meet security or suitability checks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technical ICT projects and system implementations.
• Strong project planning, governance and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience delivering enterprise platform or COTS implementations involving integrations, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Strong vendor management experience.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence outcomes.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery frameworks.

Job description

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for experienced EL1 Project Managers to support the delivery of a significant technology and business transformation. This role will involve management of complex system delivery projects across multiple business, technology and vendor workstreams, ensuring successful outcomes from planning and implementation through to operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working with Federal Government agencies
