ADM is seeking an EHS Systems Coordinator in Decatur, IL to provide critical admin and systems support for EHS operations. The role focuses on managing documents, SharePoint content, access controls, and internal communications to streamline EHS processes and learning programs.
The successful candidate will leverage Microsoft 365 tools and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, support global initiatives, and coordinate projects across multiple locations.
The EHS Administration & Systems Specialist provides critical operational, systems, project, and administrative support to the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) function. This role serves as a key resource for EHS management systems, digital platforms, communications, document control, and team coordination activities. The successful candidate is a highly organized self-starter with strong technical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to leverage Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
This position requires a proactive professional who can independently manage multiple priorities, maintain critical EHS systems and content, support initiatives, and drive administrative excellence across the EHS organization.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
