Job summary

Cornerstone HR in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs is seeking enthusiastic Pick Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will pick items to order specifications, pack them securely, label for routing, and use RF scanners to ensure accuracy. On-site parking and weekly pay are provided.

This role requires precision, strong time management and the ability to thrive in a busy distribution environment with daily targets to meet.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing or distribution environment is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick and pack items consistently.
Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

Picking items from warehouse shelves and storage locations according to order specifications and dispatch instructions.
Accurately packing items into boxes or containers, ensuring products are protected and orders are complete.
Applying labels and documentation to packed orders for correct routing and delivery.
Operating warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, scales and packing stations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
Meeting daily picking and packing targets whilst maintaining accuracy standards.
