Job summary

Busy Bees at Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast is seeking a passionate Educator (Full-Time) to support high-quality education and care. The role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where children thrive, under the Busy Bees framework.

The Educator will implement EYLF-aligned activities, build strong relationships with families, and help maintain safety and inclusivity in daily routines. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within a global early learning provider.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Mermaid Waters, on a full-time basis. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children thrive.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
