Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking qualified Early Childhood Educators to join The Rumpus Room in Newcastle, NSW. You will contribute to learning experiences grounded in connection, curiosity and respect, while supporting families and children.

We offer above-award salary rates, a 15% wage bonus on starting, rotating full-time rosters, two-week Christmas closure, childcare discounts and ongoing professional development in a collaborative, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Willingness to complete required Child Safe Training.
• Availability to work a rotating roster (full-time hours).
