Job summary

Guardian Sunbury is seeking a full-time Educator to create joyful, educational experiences for young children. You will build strong relationships with children, families and the team, delivering our To Be Me learning programs and turning everyday moments into meaningful learning adventures.

Ideal candidates will hold or be working toward an Early Childhood qualification (Certificate III or Diploma) and be available 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it or another ECE qualification)
• Availability to work between from 7am- 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC)
• Child Protection Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team.
• Turn everyday moments into learning adventures through the To Be Me learning programs.
• Celebrate each child's growth and achievements and translate learning into everyday activities.
• Support a positive, safe and engaging learning environment in Guardian Sunbury's rooms.
