Job summary

G8 Education Ltd is seeking an experienced Casual Educator for our Kindy Patch West Ipswich Centre. You will support and excel in delivering a high-quality learning environment for children aged 0–5 years, with emphasis on EYLF/NQS guidance. Working hours are flexible to fit a casual arrangement.

You are ACECQA-qualified with First Aid and a Working with Children Check, joining a fun-loving team committed to professional development and exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
• Proven sector experience with children aged 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children aged 0–5 years.
• Deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities aligned to EYLF/NQS.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to provide consistent care during casual shifts.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 75 children with operating hours from 6:30am to 6:00pm.

About You

• Hold a minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
