Job summary

Harmony Bulimba is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to drive curriculum quality and mentor educators across the centre. You will champion learning frameworks, plan meaningful experiences and support staff to deliver high-quality outcomes for children.

This maternity leave cover begins January 2027, with the possibility to extend into a permanent Educational Leader role within Harmony for a suitable candidate.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) or currently working toward this qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF v2.0, National Quality Framework (NQF) and quality improvement practices.
• Experience as an Educational Leader, or demonstrated experience leading and inspiring educators.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current Certificate of Completion.
• Commitment to child safety, cultural safety and creating inclusive environments where every child belongs.

Responsibilities

• Champion the approved learning frameworks and lead continuous improvement in curriculum and practice.
• Support educators to plan, implement and evaluate meaningful learning experiences.
• Mentor and inspire your team through reflective practice, coaching and collaboration.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, inquiry and professional growth.
• Partner with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to support holistic outcomes for children, families and educators.
