Job summary

Early Learning Victoria invites applications for the Avoca centre leadership role. The role oversees daily operations, ensures high-quality educational practices, and supports staff recruitment and development within a 57-place service co-located with Avoca Primary School.

You will lead teaching teams, drive compliance with National Law and Quality Framework, and partner with the ELV Central team to foster a sustainable workforce and strong community links.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated pedagogical and leadership experience in early childhood education and care.
• Experience with Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and National Quality Framework.
• Experience in financial management and administration for ECE services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations alongside the Centre Director.
• Ensure delivery of organisational and pedagogical priorities across all programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
