AGA is recruiting an Education Support Traineeship for a premier Specialist Developmental School in Croydon. You will work with experienced teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.

The role offers hands-on training while you gain a Certificate III in Education Support, with a structured 12-month coaching program and school-friendly hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

No prior experience required.
Must hold or be willing to obtain WWCC.
Travel to Deer Park for theory component during school holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist classroom teachers with lesson delivery and activities.
Provide direct emotional and practical support to students.
