• Coordination and support of staff under supervision.
• Assisting teachers within educational programs and coordinating the support function.
• Supervised health and wellbeing support tasks and related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine support for teachers including planning student routines.
• Supports communication between teachers and parents.
• Communicates with teachers on routine matters related to students.
• Provides basic physical care and wellbeing support for students.
• Co-ordinates and organises the work of aides and support staff.
• Assists teachers with rostering and program coordination.
• Provides medical intervention support under guidance.
• Provides specialised communication support (AUSLAN and braille).
