Job summary

Santa Sabina College in Strathfield and the Southern Highlands campuses is seeking a skilled risk and compliance professional to support the Catholic Dominican Mission and promote the prayer life of the College.

You will ensure NSW Independent Catholic Schools risk and compliance requirements are met, work collaboratively with diverse teams, and identify, assess and mitigate risk while promoting a strong culture of safety and governance.

Qualifications

• expert understanding of risk and compliance requirements for NSW Independent Catholic Schools
• identify, assess and mitigate risk; provide expert advice and promote a strong culture of compliance and safety
• oversees risk assessments for College activities and events and may deliver training to build staff capability in managing risk in their day-to-day role
• contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of risk and compliance policies, processes and procedures

Responsibilities

• support the Catholic Dominican Mission of the College and promote the prayer life of the College
• demonstrate expert understanding of risk and compliance requirements for NSW Independent Catholic Schools
• be a collaborative practitioner who can work with a range of teams
• identify, assess and mitigate risk; provide expert advice and promote a strong culture of compliance and safety
• also oversees risk assessments for College activities and events and may deliver training to build staff capability in managing risk in their day-to-day role
