Future Anything unleashes passion, potential and agency in every classroom. We believe every young person deserves to leave school with the passion, potential and agency to thrive; actively participating in their community and forging their future with purpose.
Future Anything works alongside educators, schools, education systems and industry to advocate for, and embed, capability-rich learning, through:
Our flagship innovation program, The Future Anything Challenge
Research-backed, inspiring and practical Teacher Professional Development
Engaging Student Innovation Workshops
Impactful community-based projects and long-term strategic partnerships
Working for Future Anything means:
— A nine-day compressed fortnight. Full-time pay and a full-time role, but you’ll enjoy a long weekend every second week.
— Six weeks of annual leave a year. With three of these weeks taken at Christmas when the office closes.
— Quarterly Basecamp. Once a quarter, the entire team comes offline for connection, capability building and clarity. It includes a full day of Masterplanning, dedicated entirely to planning the term ahead.
— An annual learning budget of $1,000. We value lifelong learning, and this is yours to put towards whatever you need to grow.
— Flexibility. Days in schools count as office days, which means around two days a week working from home. We understand that life happens outside of work. That’s why we don’t expect a typical 9am–5pm schedule to work for everyone — we offer flexibility for you to do your best work in a way that works for you.
— No marking, reporting or bell times. Say goodbye to those old friends. We set you up with a laptop and everything you need to get good work done.

How to Apply?Applications will not be accepted via Seek.
Applications should be emailed to *****@futureanything.com. Applications must be received by 11pm AEST on Sunday 1st November at the latest.
To be considered, your application must include:
· Cover letter (max 2 pages) that includes evidence of your ability to match the Essential Key Selection Criteria as listed in the Position Description PDF. The Position Description can be downloaded at https://www.futureanything.com/about#careers
Please address each of the four Essential criteria in your cover letter, in no more than 200 words each. Draw on examples from the last three years where you can, try to step through, chronologically, what you did - and the evidence you used to help inform decisions. Feel free to use dot points, and you can include graphs or visuals where applicable.
· CV (max 2 pages) including details of two work-related referees. It's helpful if you dot point key responsibilities under each role you've had to help us understand your experience.
· A short video (no more than 2 minutes) telling us how you've led change in a school context (this can be your classroom!). Tell us about the problem you noticed (and how you knew it was a problem), the solution (and how you tested it to make sure it worked), and how you brought others along in the journey. Filming on your phone or laptop is fine — we are looking for content, not polish.
IMPORTANT: Your cover letter and CV should be saved together as one single PDF clearly marked with your name.
Please note that applications that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered. And, whilst we love leveraging AI, please avoid relying on AI to draft your responses — we can tell.
