Job summary

Childers Multi-Purpose Health Service in Queensland is seeking an experienced Emergency Department clinician to join our team. You will bring extensive ED expertise, hold an active AHPRA registration and ALS2 certification to provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care.

This on-site role offers a collaborative environment in a community hospital setting, with opportunities to work across paediatrics, general medicine and outpatient services as part of a supportive staff.

• Full AHPRA registration is required.
• Experience in Emergency Department settings is essential.

Childers Multi-Purpose Health Service is a 16 bed facility offering emergency services, paediatrics, general medicine & outpatients, as well as various clinics and allied health services.Childers Doctors Surgery is attached and offers quality healthcare services including skin checks, minor surgery, women’s health, antenatal care and cancer screening.

The location

Childers has a wealth of historic buildings, with a surrounding agriculture of sugar cane, avocadoes and macadamia nuts, making it a key stop on the Pacific Highway east coast drive.
