Job description

Duties will include, but not limited to :

• Civil road works
• Re-sheeting new and repaired roadways
• Ripping up and mixing gravel for maintenance
• Following instruction from duties assigned by Site Foreman
• Compliance of all WHS standards and practices

Mandatory Requirements

Note: Relevant tickets and/or licences will be specific to each position

• Grader ticket (Conduct civil construction grader operations)
• Excavator ticket (Conduct civil construction excavator operations)
• Bobcat ticket (Conduct civil construction skid steer loader operations)
• Proven experience and overall confidence operating civil machinery
• GPS operation experience (not mandatory, but highly advantageous)
• White Card (Construction Induction White Card)
• Valid drivers licence and reliable transport for 6.30am start
• Ability to commit to full time hours, Monday to Friday for ongoing work

Positions available now :

Grader Operator – Wulkuraka, QLD – Immediate Start Available

Assist with operation of grader to carry out all Civil road works including re-sheeting roads and ripping up and mixing gravel as directed by the Site Forman. Payrate is determined based on skill and experience. Monday to Friday, 6.30am start finishing at the completion of the workload or until required.

Requirements for this role :

• Grader ticket
• White Card
• Valid drivers licence and reliable transport for 6.30am start
• Proven experience and confidence operating a grader machine
• GPS operation experience (not mandatory, but advantageous)

Digger Excavator Operator – Wulkuraka, QLD – Immediate Start Available

Operate 5 tonne to 30 tonne excavators confidently, and safely, in accordance with all WHS standards and procedures to assist the crews with re-sheeting new or repairing damaged roadways. Payrate is determined based on skill and experience. Monday to Friday, 6.30am start finishing at the completion of the workload or until required.

Requirements for this role :

• Excavator ticket
• White Card
• Valid drivers licence and reliable transport for 6.30am start
• Proven experience and confidence operating an excavator in a Civil industry
• Final trim experience
• Neat and tidy work / operation ability
• GPS operation experience (not mandatory, but advantageous)

Mini Combo Skid Steel Loader Operator – Wulkuraka, QLD – Immediate Start Available

Combo Operator and Licenced HR Truck Driver and Combo Operator with experience across roller, excavator, and bobcat operations, to carry out a range of works to assist the crews with re-sheeting new or repairing damaged roadways, in accordance with all WHS standards and procedures. Payrate is determined based on skill and experience. Monday to Friday, 6.30am start finishing at the completion of the workload or until required.

Requirements for this role :

• Current HR Truck licence – Manual
• Bobcat ticket
• Excavator ticket
• White Card
• Valid drivers licence and reliable transport for 6.30am start
• Proven operation experience and ability to operate heavy machinery in a Civil industry
• Final trim and GPS operation experience (not mandatory, advantageous)
