About the role

WA Limestone are seeking experienced Earth Moving Plant Operators (Dozer / Excavator / Loader / Dump Truck) to work at WA Limestone in the Perth Metro and Pilbara Operational sites. Immediate start!

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Safe operation of Wheel Loaders (CAT 980H, CAT988H etc.)
• Safe operation of Dump Trucks (CAT 777)
• Safe operation of Excavators (PC1250)
• Safe operation of Dozers (D10, D11)
• Loader skills – Load & Haul onto road trains / trucks
• Excavator skills – Loading Dump Trucks / Operating a rock breaker
• Dozer skills - Ripping Limestone / Pushing Limestone and assisting the loader with feeding the crushers / Pushing sand & creating windrows
• Dump Truck Skills - Transporting Material
• MUST pass full medical check

Experience and skills required for the position

• Strong safety awareness and strong commitment to workplace safety and working effectively within a team environment
• 5+ years’ experience in Loader / Dump Truck / Excavator / Dozer Operations
• Will work unsupervised in a team environment
• Competent and qualified to operate CAT Loaders : CAT 986K, CAT988H
• Competent and qualified to operate CAT Dump Trucks : CAT777
• Competent and qualified to operate CAT Excavators : CAT395 / 95t
• Competent and qualified to operate CAT Dozer : D10, D11
• Hold a valid WA Drivers Licence
• MUST have relevant Australian recognised machinery ticket
• Hold a White / Blue card
• A “Can Do” attitude to Working Safely
• MUST pass full medical check
• Ability to align to WA Limestone company values
• Relevant experience working within the Mining / Quarry sector
