Randstad Education is recruiting casual Early Years and OSHC educators for the South Sunshine Coast region. Roles span Nambour, Maroochydore, Little Mountain, Caloundra, Aroona, Kawana and surrounds, offering flexible hours and location choice.

Staff can access pay on demand and manage schedules via the Randstad app, with a retention payment for shifts at approved centres. Applicants should hold a Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care; Diploma or Bachelor.
• Unqualified OSHC experience acceptable if you have relevant child experience.
• Transport or access to public transport and willingness to travel to different locations.
• Motivation to implement quality, engaging, and activity-based programs.
• Understanding of the Early Learning Framework.
• Australian work rights and willingness to gain Working With Children Card.
