Job summary

EARL Canteen in Melbourne's CBD is hiring kitchen team members to join our premium quick-service cafe group. Roles involve preparing sandwiches, salads and bowls with a focus on quality and fast service, while maintaining a positive, team-driven environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals with a good attitude and at least some experience in quick-service hospitality. The roster runs Monday to Thursday from 6.30am, with no night shifts and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick-service hospitality is preferred.
• Great attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, salads and bowls.
• Bake sweets and cakes and assist in kitchen tasks.

With five stores in the CBD, EARL is Melbourne's premium quick-service sandwich, salad, and coffee group. We are currently recruiting kitchen team members to join our team as we head into Summer.

EARL is an established Melbourne-based quick-service cafe group, and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic, motivated, and service-oriented team members to make a range of sandwiches, salads & bowls in-store each day.

Located in the CBD, we can offer a Monday to Thursday roster from 6.30am. no nights, no weekends, guaranteed!

Previous experience in a quick-service hospitality environment would be ideal; however, a great attitude is essential. We work hard, we care about the details, we take pride in our work, and we have lots of fun in the process.

Team members are trained across a range of positions within our stores, from making delicious sandwiches, salads & bowls to baking sweets and cakes. We work with the very best ingredients and equipment to offer a premium product for our loyal customers, and we recruit team members who care about offering a great service experience.
