1800 Drivers is seeking an experienced MC Driver for local refrigerated deliveries in Morningside. Immediate start with early shifts and a strong, well-maintained fleet.

Earn $41.80 per hour plus overtime and superannuation, with local runs and day-to-day coordination with dispatch and warehouse teams. Responsibilities include operating refrigerated trucks safely, performing pre- and post-trip checks, maintaining cargo temperatures, completing delivery paperwork, and meeting regulatory

Qualifications

• Current MC Licence required.
• Brisbane local knowledge and experience preferred.
• Will pass a Drug & Alcohol Test required.
• Able to complete daily run sheets.
• Coupling & decoupling of trailers.
• Be available for overtime during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain refrigerated trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Transport perishable goods while adhering to temperature control regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and functionality.
• Monitor and adjust refrigeration systems to maintain cargo temperature.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel.
• Complete accurate and timely delivery paperwork.
