Gowrie Victoria is seeking an experienced Early Learning Manager (Centre Director) for Clare Court in Yarraville. You will lead a high-quality educational program responsive to children, families and the local community, working with the Assistant Manager and Educational Leaders to coach staff.

You will bring leadership experience in program management, ideally as a Bachelor-qualified teacher, and ensure the service is efficient, effective and sustainable while contributing to Gowrie's network

Qualifications

• Bachelor-qualified teacher with leadership experience.
• Experience coaching and developing educators.
• Ability to engage with children, families and the local community.
