Job summary

The role supports a collaborative team and requires a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, plus Working with Children checks and safety training.

Shifts run across early starts to late finishes, five days a week. We provide ongoing professional development, a supportive leadership network, and extensive staff perks,

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current Working with Children Check required.
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates required.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012) required.
• Must be available for rotating shifts 6:30 am–6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Care for, nurture and grow children’s minds.
• Support a team of Educators in meeting quality principles of curriculum and documentation.
• Develop learning experiences for children to learn through play.
• Be a collaborative, reflective teammate to achieve best practice.
• Build genuine care and connections with children and families.
