Job summary

Strathcona Girls Grammar School in Melbourne seeks an Early Years Kindergarten Co-Educator to join a warm, child-centred team delivering a VEYLDF-aligned kindergarten program.

You will support planning and delivery of engaging learning experiences, assist with small-group activities, create stimulating environments, contribute to learning documentation and classroom displays, and build strong relationships with children and families as part of a collaborative Early Years team.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Children's Services (or equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
• Completion of National Child Safety Training (Foundation Courses).
• EC PROTECT mandatory reporting training.
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Understanding of National Quality Standards and Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Kindergarten Co-Educator to join our Early Years Kindergarten team. Working collaboratively with classroom teachers, you will support the delivery of a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
