As an Educator in Training, you’ll work with a team to nurture children, observe their learning, and help in daily centre operations while you study and grow toward diploma or bachelor scholarship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willingness to study toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Ability to gain a Working with Children Check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and energetic.
• Motivation to grow and learn in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Support children in development and care while learning centre policies.
• Observe and document children’s learning and development.
• Assist in day-to-day room operations.
• Collaborate with team to provide quality education.
