Little Lane Early Learning Centre – Lilydale VIC is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher for a permanent full-time role. You will lead educational programs across 5 days, 40 hours per week, and nurture strong relationships with educators, children, and families.

Qualifications

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join the team. This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week, across 5 days), offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on the growth and success of our educational programs and team.

Your extensive experience in early childhood leadership, combined with your strong communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build genuine relationships with educators, children, and families alike. You’ll bring a positive, supportive approach to leadership and a deep commitment to nurturing the highest standards of early education and care.

Skills & Experience

• Full Australian work rights
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Minimum of 2 years' previous experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
• Strong knowledge of EYLF
• Strong Knowledge of the NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations
• Excellent personal presentation
