G8 Education Ltd. invites qualified early childhood teachers to join our First Steps induction program. You’ll participate in a structured pathway including 3 months of continued support and training, an ECT Buddy, and peer connections through Community Connection Sessions to grow professionally.

We offer flexible work arrangements to accommodate full-time, part-time, or other schedules, plus a broad national network and development opportunities across our 4,000+ childcare centres.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood).
• Alternatively, working towards the above qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance.
• Teacher’s Registration or eligible to apply.
