Liverpool City Council's Children’s Services team is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher on a 12-month maternity leave contract. You will design, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programmes for children in care, working with centre teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Teaching and current First Aid certificate.
• Working with children check verification and NSW accreditation.
• Experience leading and motivating an early childhood team.

• Design, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programmes for children in care.
• Lead development, implementation and evaluation of EYLF-based programmes.
• Create a safe, inclusive, stimulating environment reflecting EYLF outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with families and the wider community.
• Prepare reports, document and supervise staff and students in delivering programmes.
• Act as responsible person for day-to-day centre operations when needed.
