• Bachelor or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
• Sound knowledge of National Quality Framework, EYLF, and QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
• Experience working in early childhood sector.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key leadership role within the centre, supporting and mentoring educators while ensuring children have access to a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting educators to assess children's learning and development in line with approved frameworks and curriculum
• Guiding and mentoring educators to reflect on teaching practices and pedagogy
• Creating and embedding high-quality documentation that reflects children's learning journeys
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Encouraging individuality, creativity, and "thinking outside the box" in everyday practice

About You

We are seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic teacher who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (or equivalent) qualification in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, National Quality Standards, and QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
• Experience working in the early childhood sector
• A genuine passion for outdoor learning and nature play
