Job summary

Milestones Early Learning Ballan, part of Affinity Education Group, is seeking a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead the Kindy team and drive high-quality learning experiences.

You will design engaging programs, mentor educators, and build strong connections with local families and the community while ensuring alignment with the National Quality Standards.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent required.
• Relevant teachers' registration where applicable.
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma & anaphylaxis training) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries and community connections.
• Design, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to each child's interests and strengths.
• Support the centre to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
