Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking Early Years Students to work part-time across nursery schools, primary schools and early years settings in Merseyside. This day-to-day supply role offers flexible hours to fit around studies.

You will gain hands-on EYFS experience with support from a dedicated consultant and weekly PAYE pay. Applicants studying education or early years courses, with EYFS knowledge and a Paediatric First Aid qualification, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or about to begin studying an Early Year’s related degree (essential).
• EYFS knowledge.
• Paediatric First Aid Qualification (essential).
• Strong communication skills.
• Full driving licence (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, nurturing space for children aged 0-5.
• Participate in engaging activities and educational programs.
• Work closely with our team in day-to-day operations.
• Delight children with play and learning activities.
• Aid children’s personal and educational development.
• Follow health and safety protocols.

Type: Day-to-Day Supply (flexibility to choose your hours)

Salary: £13.69 – £14.25 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience – ad hoc basis)
