Harmony Springfield Parkway in Ipswich is seeking an Early Childhood Lead Educator to join a centre that celebrates curiosity and community. You will lead a dedicated team, design engaging spaces that nurture inquiry, and uphold every child's rights in daily practice while partnering with families to support learning.

The role offers supportive leadership, professional growth opportunities, and a welcoming, culturally safe environment where both children and educators thrive every day.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying).
• Completion of National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current certificates of completion.
• Commitment to child and cultural safety; understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
• Collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.

About You:

You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.

You also have:

• An Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).
• Completion of all required National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current certificates of completion.
• A commitment to child and cultural safety.
• An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
• A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.
