We Are Looking For:

• Knowledgeable Educators: Experience working within early childhood settings, bringing strong classroom engagement, supervision skills, and a reliable work ethic.
• Qualified Professionals: A completed Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification in Early Years, OR completion of at least 50% of your ECT qualification.
• Engaging Program Delivery: Motivation to implement high-quality, engaging, and activity-based learning programs that inspire young minds and hear young voices.
• Curriculum Knowledge: A strong dedication to understanding and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to travel to various early learning services around Greensborough and surrounding areas.
• Engaging Personality: A warm, vibrant, and approachable nature that allows you to easily connect, collaborate, and build strong relationships with fellow educators, centre staff, and families.
