Randstad Education is seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators for casual roles across Braybrook and surrounding areas. You will help deliver engaging activities, supervise children, and support families and staff.

This position offers flexible hours and opportunities to work at various early learning services. Applicants should hold a Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education (or be near completing the ECT program).

Competenze

• Certificate III, Diploma or equivalent in Early Years education.
• Strong engagement and communication abilities with children.
• Willingness to travel to various early learning services around Braybrook.

We Are Looking For:

• Passionate Educators: have a passion to work within early childhood settings, bringing strong engagement, comminication, supervision skills, and a reliable work ethic.
• Qualified Professionals: A completed Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification in Early Years, OR completion of at least 50% of your ECT qualification.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to travel to various early learning services and kindergartens around Braybrook and surrounding areas.
• Engaging Personality: A warm, vibrant, and approachable nature that allows you to easily connect, collaborate, and build strong relationships with fellow educators, centre staff, and families.

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:

• Child Safety: A commitment to child safety, safeguarding, and maintaining child-safe environments.
• Working with Children Check: Holds, or is willing to immediately obtain, a valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Work Rights: Valid Australian work rights with the ability to provide verification documents upon request.
• Qualified with: Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teaching qualification in Early Years OR completed 50% of your teaching (ECT) qualification.
