Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience supporting cognitive, physical, social and emotional development in young children is valued.
• Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs and activities for children.
• Provide daily care routines including feeding, toileting, hygiene and rest.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment that respects diverse backgrounds.
• Observe and assess children's development and document progress.
• Collaborate with families and colleagues to support learning.
