Early Childhood Educators (Room Leader) – Newman ELC
Hello. We’re the Y WA
We’re that local (Not-For-Profit) Early Learning Centre (ELC-Newman) located on Rogers way, who’s all about inspiring and nurturing children to become independent little butterflies. And guess what? You’re a big part of how we make this happen.
You could be our new Room Leader, ready to release your early years education passion. But let’s face it, you work to live! Check out some of the awesome perks below:
Walking into your centre you’ll smile, as the early morning sun shines over our beautiful pilbara garden and nature play area. When the door opens, you’ll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the community spirit. You’ll lead the close-knit team of educators, to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You’ll maintain high quality programs, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door (still smiling) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
