Busy Bees at Bellmere in Queensland is seeking a passionate Educator (Full-Time) to join our team. You will help deliver high-quality early learning experiences in a nurturing environment, supporting play-based learning and daily routines, with a strong emphasis on child safety and family engagement.

The role requires Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid/CPR, and a valid Working with Children Check (QLD).

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a collaborative teaching team.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support daily routines, activities and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with NQS.
