Harmony Bardon is a purpose-built early learning centre catering for up to 83 children (birth–5 years). Located at Bardon, the centre operates 7.00am to 6.00pm and offers a warm, inspiring environment for children, families and educators.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator who brings heart, curiosity and a commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences. You will join a supportive team, have access to Harmony Academy, and enjoy generous benefits including childcare

Qualifications

• Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying).
• Completion of National Child Safety Training via Geccko with current certificates.
• Commitment to child and cultural safety.
• Understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
• Collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.

About You

You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.

You Also Have

• A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).
• Completion of all required National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current certificates of completion.
