Presbyterian Ladies’ College Melbourne is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator for a full-time fixed-term maternity leave cover in 2027. The role offers the chance to contribute to a leading ELC within a renowned independent school, with opportunities to work across Kindergarten or Pre-Prep programs.
The successful candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and have a warm, adaptable approach to supporting children's development in a collaborative team setting.

PLC provides exceptional early childhood programs for children from 6 months to school age. The Early Learning Centre operates for 48 weeks each year, closing for 4 weeks during the December/January period.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Diploma-level qualification in Early Childhood Education, or degree qualification in Early Childhood teaching.
You’re adaptable and enjoy working with children across all age groups, bringing an understanding of their developmental needs and creating a warm, engaging environment where every child feels supported.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the Reggio Emilia approach to Early Childhood Education.
