As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.

You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Wavell Heights

• A 75-place, purpose-built centre catering to children aged six weeks to five years, with five engaging rooms and a strong play‑based curriculum.
• Work alongside a team of 12 passionate educators, including a qualified ECT delivering a high‑quality Kindergarten program.
• As Educational Leader, enjoy 6 hours off the floor each week to mentor educators, guide curriculum planning, and drive quality improvements.

You'll need

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
