ANZUK Education is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Director for a Brooklyn area service. You will oversee daily operations and educational programs, leading a passionate team to deliver nurturing and enriching experiences for children.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent.
• 2+ years in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood practices and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

The Service:

About the Role:

As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and educational programs for the service. You will lead a team of passionate educators, ensuring that every child receives a nurturing and enriching learning experience. Your responsibilities will include curriculum development, staff management, parent engagement, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving educational excellence.
