Peoplebank is seeking an EAM Business Analyst to support asset data quality and lifecycle processes in Brisbane, on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on documentation, process improvement, and creating user guides to assist asset lifecycle management across enterprise systems.

The position involves developing lifecycle processes, data governance, and advisory content while collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvements and ensure data quality across EAM platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset data quality and lifecycle management.
• Strong documentation and process-improvement skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication.
• Familiarity with ECM/xECM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) lifecycle data management, process documentation, and data quality initiatives.
• Develop and maintain EAM lifecycle processes, business rules, work instructions, and reference documentation.
• Create business advisory content, correspondence, and user guides related to asset lifecycle management.
• Support asset data transfer between enterprise systems and field data collection platforms.
• Assist with process improvements, workflow enhancements, and data quality management activities.

Seeking an EAM Business Analyst with expertise in asset data quality, asset lifecycle processes, information management, documentation, and process improvement.

Title: EAM Business Analyst

Contract: 12 months+ likely extension

Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) lifecycle data management, process documentation, and data quality initiatives.
• Develop and maintain EAM lifecycle processes, business rules, work instructions, and reference documentation.
• Create business advisory content, correspondence, and user guides related to asset lifecycle management.
• Support asset data transfer between enterprise systems and field data collection platforms.
• Assist with process improvements, workflow enhancements, and data quality management activities.

Required skills and competencies:

• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio)
