Commonwealth Bank Of Australia seeks a Dynamics 365 Software Engineer to build AI-driven contact centre and automation capabilities, improving IT support and omnichannel experiences. You’ll work in the Intelligent Digital Experience Centre to design, test and deploy production-grade solutions, integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and Copilot Studio.

Hands-on Dynamics 365 engineering capability.
Experience designing or engineering AI agents with Copilot Studio.
Strong Power Platform capability across Power Automate and Power Apps.
Experience with Dataverse and enterprise integrations.

Mansioni

Engineer and enhance Dynamics 365 Contact Centre, Customer Service, Omnichannel and Dataverse capabilities.
Build intelligent routing, workstreams, queues, agent workspaces and case-management solutions across voice, chat, SMS and other channels.
Design AI-powered agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio that can understand interactions and act.
Develop automation integrating deterministic workflows with AI to resolve IT support scenarios.
Build secure integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise apps using APIs and Azure services.
Apply engineering practices across source control, CI/CD, testing, deployment and observability.
Incorporate security, auditing and human escalation into production automation and AI.
Use telemetry to troubleshoot and improve squad capabilities.
