Job summary

Carpet Court is seeking a full-time Warehouse person for our Kardinya Warehouse in a fast-paced environment. The role involves stock receipts, inventory control, preparing products for installation and hands-on forklift work.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ warehouse experience, a current forklift ticket and a valid driver’s license. Manual license is preferred; applicants must live south of the river and be available for a 7am–4pm shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive stock within a computerized system.
• Inventory control and management.
• Prepare carpet, timber, vinyl and blinds products for installation.
• Operate a forklift and perform hands-on work.
• Maintain a safe warehouse environment and culture.
• General warehouse duties.
• Customer service and liaison with subcontractors.
• Optimize space utilisation and keep a clean, safe area.
• Dispatch goods in a timely and efficient manner.
• Deliveries to site with some heavy lifting.
