This permanent full-time role commences in 2027 and seeks an educator who can lead, mentor and support colleagues while delivering high-quality, differentiated teaching across the NSW Curriculum.

Qualifications

• NESA-approved qualification to teach in a Primary setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Demonstrated teaching experience within the NSW Curriculum.
• Leadership experience with mentoring colleagues.
• Understanding of needs of high-potential learners and diverse learning needs.
• Ability to guide colleagues in evidence-informed teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs differentiated for all KLAs.
• Design learning experiences with explicit instruction and investigative inquiry.
• Analyse student data to inform teaching and growth.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to professional practice and development.
