Job summary

Endeavour Group's Seacliff Beach Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to support cooking operations and keep the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage in food preparation, assist with cleaning, and help maintain safety and procedural standards while contributing to a positive team culture and guest experiences. Flexible availability across day, evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks
• You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You are all about the detail and take pride in the work that you deliver

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance
