Job summary

Anytime Fitness Australia is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor (Contractor) to lead high-energy sessions across strength, functional and cardio formats. You will coach a mixed-ability group, cue techniques, and scale workouts on the fly while building a welcoming community.

The role emphasizes reliability, self-motivation, and independent work, with ongoing development from a national team and access to complimentary gym membership.

Qualifications

• Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness required.
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Experience delivering group fitness across strength, functional and cardio formats
• Confident coaching a mixed-ability room, cueing technique and scaling on the fly
• Reliable and self-motivated, comfortable working independently

Responsibilities

• Creating and delivering fun, safe, and effective group workouts
• Building strong relationships with members and fostering a sense of community
• Encouraging and motivating members to stay engaged and push toward their fitness goals
• Ensuring all sessions meet high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and member satisfaction
• Keeping the studio clean, safe and set up ready for every session
